These terms govern your use of LotLemon, including the website and the browser extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What LotLemon does
LotLemon scans public eBay Pokémon card lot listings, uses computer vision to identify the cards in the listing photos, and estimates the lot's value against market pricing data. When a lot appears to be listed for less than its estimated value, we can alert you.
Estimates, not guarantees. Every valuation is an automated estimate based on photo identification and third-party pricing. It can be wrong. Card identification, condition, authenticity, and real resale value are yours to verify before you buy. LotLemon is a research aid, not financial or investment advice.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
- One person or business per account. Do not share credentials.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service or its valuations in bulk without our permission.
- Use the Service to break eBay's rules, or any law.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use automated means to create accounts or hammer our endpoints.
Pricing and beta
LotLemon is currently in beta and free to use. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build. When paid plans launch, the price and terms will be shown before you are charged, and early-access users will be given notice of any change that affects them.
Third parties
The Service depends on third parties, including eBay for listing data and pricing providers for market values. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. LotLemon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any card manufacturer. Pokémon and all card names and images are trademarks of their respective owners.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of valuations. We do not warrant that alerts will be timely, complete, or profitable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LotLemon and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or lost purchases, arising from your use of the Service or from any valuation or alert. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during the free beta is zero.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the Service at risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will update the date above and notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
